Processing & dispatch 📦

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available so you can keep an eye on Clawdette's journey.

Tracking 🔎

Tracking information may take a little time to become active after dispatch. If your tracking doesn't update immediately, don't worry - Clawdette is probably just making a dramatic entrance. 🦞

While we do our best to get every Clawdette to her destination on time, international deliveries can occasionally take longer than the estimated delivery window.

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery period has passed, we'll be happy to help.
