When you place an order, however, the purchase is made directly with Pinch Please. Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, our fulfilment, or our customer service.

4. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is accepted once we've confirmed it and received payment.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
